We are so thrilled to have Drew join our Leadership Team. She is from Fort Lauderdale, FL and is attending FSU. Drew loves to eat, bake, meet new people, and hang out friends. She led the middle school girls Bible study at her church in Fort Lauderdale. She loves hanging out with our middle school girls.
Mason Brown is originally from Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He is now in Tallahassee attending FSU and majoring in Finance & Business Management. Ever since leading worship in 8th grade & working at his local church throughout high school, he has always felt that God has called him to work at a church in some capacity. Within the past 3 years, God has given him a burning desire to teach and grow kids (youth)
Mikey is one of our newest leaders. He is the son of a pastor and comes to us from Orlando. He is attending FSU and loves hanging out with our middle school students. When asked about his likes Mikey said, “I like chicken noodle soup… seriously though I LOVE God. He is my rock and my foundation. I fear nothing for He is my shield. I love Him because He loved me first. He is all that matters and everything else is meaningless like chasing the wind.”
Benjamin is originally from Port Charlotte, FL but just moved up to Tallahassee to attend FSU. He likes traveling, missions work, reading, writing, and singing. This summer he will be interning in Orlando with YWAM! He will also be leading youth teams to the Dominican Republic and London.
Eli comes to us from West Palm and is attending FSU. He was on our Seminole Football team! As a Mixed Martial Artist he knows how to keep our middle school students in line… but seriously he enjoys hanging out and sharing the love of Christ with them. His views are: Love Christ. Hate sin. Fight for truth
Emma is one of our middle school interns. She recently graduated from Community Christian School and is attending Florida State. She enjoys Children’s books, baking, playing her trumpet, and hanging out with friends. She also loves leading the sixth grade girls Dig Group along with Kim Hagerstrom. Emma leaves you feeling loved and cared for every time you see her
Mamie has recently graduated high school and will be interning with us as a middle school intern. She’s taking a stab at learning Spanish and enjoys photography, music, sports, and guitar. Mamie also has a servant’s heart which can be spotted from a mile away.
Kristin is originally from Ft. Lauderdale, but moved here in 2007 with her parents and younger sister. She recently graduated from Florida State University where she was able to intern in a middle school art class at Florida High. She now serves as a high school intern with us. Kristin loves art of all kinds (especially photography!). She enjoys traveling, hanging out with friends, and the small things in life
Austin is a Chiles high school graduate currently attending Tallahassee Community College. He is one of our middle school interns. Austin can usually be found playing the drums and is a member of the band Twice Mine
Halaina began working with our middle schoolers in March 2010. She moved to Tallahassee to attend Florida State University where she is currently studying Psychology and French. We are so blessed to have her on board! Before coming to Wildwood, Halaina worked with the youth group at her home church where she planned and organized youth events.
Caleb and Elise are newlyweds that have recently joined our Student Ministry team after moving to Tallahassee from Orlando. They both attend Florida State and help in our ministry when their schedules allow. They both currently lead high school LIFE groups. Listed among their favorite things are the outdoors and sports
We are thrilled to have the new addition of Kim & Robin to our student ministry leadership team. They are a family who love the Lord and enjoy sharing that love with everyone. Also on the list of things they love are their two sons, Jared & Jason. You can usually find them volunteering at OFS, in the Student Ministry Building with our middle school students, or out Camping
Debbie and Lex have been members of Wildwood church since 2008 after transferring from Willow Creek church in Winter springs, FL. Lex is not only an elder at Wildwood, but he and Debbie are also actively involved in Student Ministries. They are both currently leading high school LIFE groups and volunteer in our College Ministry
